What are you saying to young business innovators?

"There are four words. Failure, is the first, the second is that you have to be unreasonable, but with a purpose, it can help overcome failure, third, you have to be a learner, and the last is compassion. Compassion brings about the change in society that we need. They need to think about what they’re going to create that will not only help themselves succeed but help others too."
